The owner was very friendly and, despite not speaking English, was able to transmit all the important instructions.
That apartment is roomy, clean and well equipped.

The kiosk to order food downstairs and they brought the ordered food up to your room (we ordered Italian), the breakfast was good and def worthy of the 10 euros price, and the lockers for your luggage were not expensive for a whole day and fit 3 carry-on suitcases and 3 additional handbag. The bed was also big enough for 2 people. New towels when asked/day. The staff was nice and spoke good English! Metro stations and a grocery store next to the hotel and no one cared if you took food up your room. Check-in was throughout the day whenever you wanted, and checkout was late (at 12).
NH Paris Gare de l'Est hotel is located opposite Gare de l’Est Train and Metro Station, which provides direct access to attractions such as Saint-Michel and the Latin Quarter.

The staff was friendly and helped us make dinner reservations when needed.
Nice staff and nice room. Comfortable bed.
There’s a little restaurant beside “Ecole de Cegogne” that has good prices and good food if you want more expensive there’s one right beside the hotel named “Rizzo”. For croissants there’s a “Patisserie “ across the street with good coffee and good pastries. There’s also a nice park where you can go for a walk.
We really loved the place.

Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful,
Only reason for the low rating is our room was located on a busy street and got woke up at 6am every morning to delivery lorry and people talking and last night work up at 2am tp loud music being played. Air con didnt work in the work in room so we had to have the window open.
Please note everything else was good, nect to a train station and places to get nice pastries.

Hotel is in a good location close to all the amenities.
Hotel is in a good location close to all the amenities. People who travel by train, the station is very close. Hotel parking was available for those who travel by car. Reception was very helpful. Our safety locker was not working. When we called the reception, they sent a maintenance guy immediately. It was just a loose connection. Breakfast was quite good. I would stay here if I come again.

I liked nothing.
I liked nothing. Though I communicated with the owner and told him about the travel issues I was experiencing, he left me standing in the cold for nearly an hour (while he was at some type of practice). He didn't want to forward access/entry details, unless I used WhatsApp. When he finally provided the building access info, I walked into a TOTALLY DARK entry area (at the bottom of a stairway I couldn't even see). I had to use my phone, to see even an indication of what was in the area. I stood in the dark of the building lobby, waiting for one of the neighbors in the building (who he phoned, after I entered the building), to provide some assistance to get up 5 flights of stairs, with a very heavy suitcase and backpack. I didn't see anything in the listing about this unit being on the 5th floor, with no elevator. If I'd seen that info, I would not have booked it. I'm 68 years old and the thought of needing to go up and down 5 flights of stairs each time I needed to enter and exit the building, was more than I could bare. Add to that, when I checked out, I would also have difficulty getting my belongings down those 5 flights of stairs (without some assistance). The owner had absolutely no sympathy. I told him I couldn't do it and that I couldn't stay there. It was going to be too much on my body. Had to find a hotel in the area and pay for another room. I had hoped he would at least refund me one night's stay (out of the two night's I'd paid for), but he refunded nothing.

Bois-Colombes is a nice and friendly place.
Bois-Colombes is a nice and friendly place. It takes 10 minutes by train to reach gare St Lazare in Paris and from there you can go anywhere.
Lots of nice shops in Bois-Colombes and the people and atmosphere are very friendly and relaxed. After just a few days the shop keeper close to our flat started greeting us like old friends.
The hotel has 24h reception and the staff is always ready to help.
The rooms are nice, comfortable, well equipped.
(We particularly liked that the two rooms that we had were directly communicating through a door).
There are shops and restaurants in the proximity. Train station and bus station are also a few minutes away.
We liked the room. We loved the staff. A special thanks to Mazigh who always had a smile in his face and was extremely nice and helpful.
The location was a bit far from the city but transportation was ok and really nice neighborhood.
There’s a nice park right beside the hotel.
I certainly would go back.
Stayed for the 4 nights here
Breakfast was excellent. Person, responsible for serving it was extremely welcome!
Hotel personal helped to order a taxi and give short instructions on our questions.
Good location - 4 min. walking distance from the train stop to the Paris centre.
Excellent value for money
The hotel is very conveniently located although it is a bit far from the city center. Carrefour is located next door and there are also a few restaurants nearby. The train station is also within walking distance. The breakfast spread was quite good but it was repetitive and monotonous.
The hotel was is in a nice, quiet location, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette in room was well-equipped (microwave, utensils, fridge, coffee maker but no kettle) and had no problems with wifi connection or speed.
Excellent value. Really comfy, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Great location for central Paris - 2 minute walk to train station and then only 9 mins by train to city centre. Strongly recommend this hotel.
The location is amazing. Manager Mr. Lazhar is a wonderful person. A few front desk staff are also very cooperative and friendly. There is a park next to the hotel. Many restaurants and grocery marts are nearby.
Room was clean and comfortable. It was big enough and the location was good. The stations are walking distance away. The Bus will get you close to the hotel.
